Carol Peach joins Dragonfly Strategists as Vice President, Sales & Marketing Advisory

In her new role, Carol will oversee Dragonfly’s Sales and Marketing Advisory and Subscription Services practices, offering strategic leadership and direction for a portfolio of high-profile, high-revenue clients. Her responsibilities span all aspects of hotel sales, marketing, catering, and events, as well as enhancing sales team efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and conducting onsite assessments of people, processes, and technology.

Carol will also continue to grow Dragonfly’s Marketing Advisory and Subscription Services, delivering strategic guidance across digital and eCommerce platforms, and broader marketing strategy for hotels. Her work will center on driving revenue growth, optimizing both group and transient sales and marketing initiatives, and fostering stronger commercial strategy collaboration between Dragonfly and its clients.

Carol brings extensive experience across the luxury, independent, and brand hospitality space, having successfully built and guided high-performing sales and marketing teams for a wide range of hotel brands, from iconic resorts to boutique properties.
